About This Course

FEMECO-Training and Awareness Raising for Reusable Hygiene Products is a high-performing digital education ecosystem that is based on Open Education Resources (OER) and Open Educational Practices which aims to develop and deliver quality online learning experiences and to make them easily and freely accessible to learners across the EU. 

 

Its aim is to address and tackle the damaging consequences that our daily consumption habits have on the environment and offer eco-friendly and sustainable solutions in order to respond to the problem.

 

FEMECO offers solutions for adult education and life-long learning providers and supplements them with digital content which pertains to more asynchronous learning opportunities in existing courses on green skills and sustainable development. 

 

The project embraces the digital transition, fosters a future-oriented approach and provides adult education institutions with long-sought solutions. It addresses issues such as effective digital capacity planning and development, resource pooling, digital teaching and pedagogies, open educational material, accessibility and inclusion, use of innovative tools and immersive technologies.

 

The training program is funded by the European Union.

The training programme consists of the following 4 Modules:

Module 1 Reusable baby diapers

Module 2 Digital Tool On Waste Management And Hygiene Products

Module 3 Social Entrepreneurship and Green Businesses

Module 4 Manual on Seniors diapers

 

What you will learn

After your participation in the FEMECO training course, you will gain a deeper understanding of Reusable Hygiene Products, while you will have received practical solutions to transform sustainable habits and practices into green businesses, balanced ecosystems and healthier environments.

 

Who this course is for

FEMECO designs and implements an innovative digital education ecosystem that capitalizes and enhances adult education and higher education resources to cultivate green and entrepreneurship skills for women of any age and motivate them to deploy these skills for their small-scale green and social enterprises. It also addresses all individuals willing to build and enhance their entrepreneurial and environmental skills.

Course Staff

Natalia Kobiernik – SEDA

Natalia is the project coordinator as a partner from Poland. She has a degree in two fields of study: Marketing and Market Communication and Theology. She has worked on 20 projects on various topics, but environmental and women's issues are closest to her interests. In her free time, she likes to participate in environmental workshops and further education. In addition to her involvement in projects, she also takes part in social and charitable activities.

Dr. SEFA EMRE YILMAZEL

He works as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Management at Bayburt University. He completed his bachelor at Istanbul University and completed his master's and doctorate degrees in the Department of Business Administration at Hacettepe University. He currently teaches courses such as project management, marketing strategies, research methods. His areas of interest include digital marketing, brand management, innovative marketing technologies and marketing ethics. He has papers, books and international articles and academic works in national and international levels in this topics. There are book chapters in areas such as digital marketing management, marketing for new generations, hyper-personalized marketing. His articles are about brand management, digitalization and sustainability. Although he takes part in many TUBITAK projects in Turkey, he has recently been involved in European Union Projects. Since 2021, he has been involved in three KA2 Projects within the scope of the European Union Erasmus + Program.

Tana Haidar

Tana is a Project Manager with a Masters degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Throughout her career, Tana has been heavily involved within the ICT and Programming sector with startups and corporations whereby such modules are greatly important within various professional sectors.
